TORINA FOR MAYOR

I am running for Mayor of Rockford.

For five years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the decisions that shape this city. I know where we’re succeeding, and I know where we’re falling short. This moment demands leadership with the experience to govern, the courage to challenge what isn’t working, and the independence to always put the people of Rockford first.

I believe deeply in this city, but belief must be matched by a standard worthy of its people, one rooted in competence, accountability and transparency, with a commitment to creating opportunity in every neighborhood.

I have spent five years pushing for that standard from the City Council. Now, I am running for Mayor to make it the standard of City Hall.
